Not Your Average Beef
We serve only the highest quality beef available. It is well marbled, thus juicier and more flavourful. Like fine wine, quality beef improves with age - therefore, we age our beef for twenty eight days for utmost tenderness, sweetness and taste. Every steak is centre cut and trimmed by hand to the chefs exacting specifications. We then hand rub spices to extract maximum flavour when grilling. Here, indeed, is beef at its finest!

Prime Rib of Beef - Our House Specialty
Slow roasted for maximum tenderness, served in natural juices 8 oz cut, 12 oz cut or Remington's size 16 oz cut.

Beef Tenderloin
Succulent, fire roasted beef tenderloin (filet mignon) 8 oz cut or Remington's size 12 oz cut.

New York Steak
A generous cut, broiled to perfection 10 oz cut or Remington's size 14 oz cut.

20 oz. Porterhouse
An enormous center cut steak charbroiled just the way you like.

Veal Tenderloin
Milk fed Veal Tenderloin, seasoned with Remington's own steak house rub, then pan seared to a mouth watering tender piece of heaven.

Bison Rib Eye
The lean, succulent All Canadian Specialty is renown for its excellent texture and flavour 7 oz cut.

Consider any of the following sauces or rubs for your steaks:
Sautéed Mushrooms, Garlic Butterflied Shrimp, 1/2 lbs. Alaskan King Crab Legs, Lobster Tail, Caramelized Onions, Asparagus.
